Partial Usage: If you have used the service extensively (streaming hours of content) during the 7-day period and then request a refund, this will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may not qualify.
Expired Guarantee Period: Refund requests submitted after 7 days from activation are outside the guarantee window and cannot be accepted. We encourage customers to contact us as soon as they experience any issues.
Reseller Credits: Credits purchased under our reseller programme are non-refundable once the reseller panel has been activated and credits have begun to be used. Please review the reseller terms carefully before purchasing.
Internet Connection & Streaming Blocked Issues
IPTV services require a stable, adequate internet connection to function properly. Issues arising from your internet connection, ISP or network configuration are outside our control and do not qualify for a refund.
ISP Throttling: Some UK internet service providers may throttle or restrict streaming traffic, particularly during peak hours. This can cause buffering or stream interruptions even when our servers are operating correctly. This is not a fault of our service. We recommend using a VPN if you experience ISP throttling.
Insufficient Speed: If your internet connection does not meet the minimum speed requirements for the quality level you are attempting to stream (10 Mbps for HD, 20 Mbps for FHD, 30+ Mbps for 4K), stream quality issues are expected and do not qualify for a refund. Streaming Blocked by ISP or Country Restrictions: In rare cases, ISPs or regional network policies may block certain IPTV traffic. This is a network-level issue outside our control. We recommend using a VPN to bypass such restrictions. Blocking by your ISP or country does not qualify for a refund.
App Upgrade & Device Configuration Issues
Our IPTV service delivers streams via third-party applications (IPTV Smarters Pro, TiviMate, GSE IPTV, VLC, Kodi, etc.). Issues arising from app updates, device software upgrades, or incorrect configuration are the customer's responsibility and do not qualify for a refund.
