Subscriptions, Payments & Renewals
Subscription Plans: We offer various subscription plans as detailed on our Subscriptions page. Plan features, pricing, and availability are subject to change. The terms applicable at the time of your purchase will govern your subscription.
Payment: All subscriptions require a one-time payment made via Bank Transfer, Revolut or IBAN Transfer as agreed with our team via WhatsApp. No payment is processed automatically. Subscription activation occurs only after payment has been confirmed by our team.
No Auto-Renewal: Our subscriptions do not auto-renew. When your subscription period expires, access to the service will cease. You may manually renew by contacting our team via WhatsApp. Renewal pricing is subject to the rates applicable at the time of renewal.
Activation: Subscription credentials (server URL, username, password or M3U link) are delivered via WhatsApp following confirmed payment. Your subscription period begins from the date and time of activation — not the date of payment.
Pricing: All prices are quoted in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change our pricing with reasonable notice. Price changes will not affect existing active subscriptions.
Refunds: Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee subject to the eligibility conditions set out in that policy.
Acceptable Use Policy

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination without refund:
- Credential Sharing: Sharing your subscription credentials (URL, username, password, M3U link) with any unauthorised third party
- Commercial Redistribution: Reselling, sub-licensing or distributing access to our service without an authorised reseller agreement
- Account Abuse: Creating multiple accounts to obtain additional free trials or circumvent subscription limits
- Technical Interference: Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, hack, disable, overload or impair our servers or service infrastructure
- Fraudulent Activity: Using fraudulent payment methods or providing false information to obtain a subscription

Termination & Suspension
Termination by Customer: You may stop using our service at any time. As our subscriptions are not auto-renewing, simply not renewing your subscription after expiry constitutes voluntary termination. Refunds for early termination are governed by our Refund Policy.
Termination by Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service immediately, without notice or refund, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
- Engaging in any prohibited activity as listed in Section 5
- Payment fraud or chargebacks initiated against us in bad faith
- Providing false or misleading information during subscription or support
- Account sharing or credential distribution beyond your plan's device limit
Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to access the service ceases immediately. Any unused subscription time is forfeited in cases of termination due to breach. Termination does not affect any accrued rights or liabilities of either party prior to the date of termination.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
