Our servers are monitored 24/7. These figures represent verified uptime across all streaming nodes.
A brief period of elevated latency on the London node due to a scheduled maintenance window on upstream network infrastructure. Stream quality was briefly reduced to FHD for approximately 2% of active streams. Full 4K/8K restored at 02:43 GMT. No customer subscriptions were terminated or lost. Affected customers were offered a 24-hour extension.
EPG programme guide data was delayed by approximately 3 hours 45 minutes due to an upstream provider feed delay. Live streaming was entirely unaffected throughout this period. EPG data was fully restored and back-populated by 09:45 GMT. We updated our EPG redundancy system to add a secondary data source to prevent recurrence.
A subset of international channels (primarily South Asian and Middle Eastern content) experienced slower stream initialisation times due to a CDN routing issue. UK channels, sports and VOD were fully unaffected. The CDN provider resolved the underlying routing fault and all streams returned to normal performance by 20:12 GMT.
All systems are currently operating normally. No ongoing incidents to report. Last checked: now.
